The author's first book to be published in English. There is a lengthy autobiographical note by Boll on the back of DJ. A lovely, affecting gesture from a writer rarely done since and much preferable to the standard publisher's blurb. This title has been out-of-print for a very long time. It was not widely distributed and is now very difficult to find. This is one of very few copies of the First English-language Edition still available online and is in very good condition overall. A very scarce copy thus. Winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1972. One of the greatest writers of the 20th century. A very good copy.
